Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order has likely been processed and shipped. Email us immediately at support@coronao.com and we will do our best to help.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments with SSL encryption. We never store your card details.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days. Express options (5–10 days) may be available at checkout. These are estimates — actual delivery may vary.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free standard shipping on all US orders over $35.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow 2–5 business days for tracking to activate.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the contiguous United States only.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our full Return Policy.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email us at support@coronao.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or full refund immediately.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method after we approve the return.

Are your products genuine?

Yes. All products are sourced from verified suppliers with proven track records and thousands of verified sales.

Do products come with a warranty?

All products are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. For manufacturer warranties, please refer to the product documentation included in your package.
