Return & Refund Policy

At CORONAO, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Digital products or downloadable content

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@coronao.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@coronao.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once we confirm receipt and condition, your refund will be processed

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: CORONAO covers return shipping
  • Change of mind or size issues: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
