Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Time

We ship directly from our suppliers to your door. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Express Shipping (when available): 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35 to the contiguous United States.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Allow 2–5 business days for tracking to update after your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

Customs and Import Duties

Import duties and taxes are included in the product price for most orders. In rare cases where additional fees are assessed by US Customs, the customer is responsible for those charges. CORONAO is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

CORONAO is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier and email us at support@coronao.com.
